All sessions must be scheduled through the booking system on astronaomi.com. By scheduling a session, you agree to the policies outlined below.
Scheduling
All appointments must be booked through the scheduling system provided on this website.
Payment is required at the time of booking in order to reserve your appointment time. Once a session has been scheduled and payment has been received, that time is reserved specifically for you.
Session Format
Sessions are conducted online through Zoom unless otherwise stated. A meeting link will be provided before your scheduled session.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and access to the necessary technology to participate in the session.
Accurate Information
Clients booking astrology readings must provide accurate birth information including birth date, birth time, and birth location.
Birth time accuracy is especially important for natal chart interpretation. Astronaomi is not responsible for inaccurate interpretations resulting from incorrect birth information.
Late Arrival
If you arrive late to your scheduled appointment, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time in order to respect other appointments.
Client Conduct
Clients are expected to participate respectfully during sessions and group programs.
Behavior that is disruptive, abusive, or harmful may result in the termination of a session without refund.
REFUND & Cancellation POLICY

Because sessions reserve time specifically for each client, all services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Refunds
All services provided through astronaomi.com are non-refundable.
Once a session has been booked and payment has been processed, refunds are not offered.
Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled if cancellation occurs at least four hours before the scheduled session time.
Clients may use the booking system or contact Naomi Andrews directly to request rescheduling.
Late Cancellation
Cancellations made within four hours of the scheduled appointment may not be eligible for rescheduling.
Missed Appointments
Missed appointments without notice may be considered forfeited and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
Emergencies
In rare situations involving emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, rescheduling may be offered at the sole discretion of Naomi Andrews.
